New commercial Office Space 2018 within KL

巴生谷区域一向以来都是人们的聚集点也是国内商业活动最为蓬勃的区域。吉隆坡区域更享有购物天堂的美誉,因此可见商业购物广场到处林立。虽然近期来面对网络购物趋势,线上与现下消费模式的竞争,然而依然不阻商业广场的设立。

根据近期房地产顾问莱坊 (Knight Frank Malaysia) 所公布的一项数据显示,2018 年下半年将会有11 所新晋的商业购物广场竣工并加入产业市场运作,预计总可租用面积高达六百六十万方尺 (6,600,000 sf)。倘若加上2018 年上半年竣工的两所商业广场,2018 年所投入市场的总商业购物可租用面积高达七百万方尺 (7,00,000sf)。以下是2018 年已经/即将进入市场的商业广场与各别的可租用面积:

根据以上数据可推测,接下来的商业广场将面对更大的挑战,要在短期内消化以上的商业广场可租用面积并不容易。在市场竞争更大后,商业广场相信将被迫进行转型,预计未来将出现具备主题的商业广场。在网络购物趋势的影响下,商业广场已经不是人们购买用品的唯一管道,人们到访商业广场更注重的会是商场环境,服务品质,商品素质。
